Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a monthly website plan

You can cancel your website package at any time — there's no lock-in contract. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancelling doesn't refund the current month already billed (see our Refund Policy), but no further charges will occur after that.

2. What happens after you cancel

• Your site will stay live until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
• After that, hosting and support stop, and the site will typically go offline unless you've arranged to move hosting elsewhere before the cutoff.
• If you'd like a copy of your website files or content before it comes down, just ask — we're happy to hand these over.

3. Cancelling a project in progress

If you need to cancel a website build partway through (before launch), you'll be billed for the work completed up to that point, based on the stage reached (design, build, etc.), rather than the full project fee. Any deposit already paid will be applied against that amount first.

4. Cancelling an apparel order

Apparel orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before you approve the final design proof for production. Once production has started, the order generally can't be cancelled — see our Refund Policy for details.

5. How to cancel

Send us a message on WhatsApp or email letting us know you'd like to cancel, and what you're cancelling (a website plan, a project, or an apparel order). We'll confirm the effective date and next steps in writing.
